Another venture that has tapped into one of her longtime passions? Her 818 Tequila brand. As Kendall explained to Harper’s Bazaar in 2022, a year after the company’s launch, “Tequila has always been something I enjoy so much.”
In fact, her interest in the spirit allowed her to see a hole in the market that she felt like she could easily fill.
“I felt that the market was historically male-dominated—if you look at labels and marketing campaigns from other brands in years past, there are a lot of similarities,” she explained. “I wanted to craft something that could appeal to everyone.”
