Coldwell Banker Realty, which was recently acquired by Compass as part of the Anywhere Real Estate acquisition, is welcoming the No. 1 RealTrends Verified agent in Brewster, New York to the firm. 

On Saturday, Coldwell Banker Realty announced that Regan Andrews had affiliated with the company’s Putnam County Regional Office. Andrews was previously brokered by Houlihan Lawrence

According to the release, Andrews has over a decade of experience serving clients in the Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester County markets. She is a licensed real estate professional in both New York and Connecticut

According to the release, Andrews has experience renovating and building homes in the area, which she says has given her a strong understanding of contractor coordination, building department processes and insurance requirements.

In 2024, Andrews closed 16 transaction sides totaling $10.3 million in sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified data. She ranked No. 1 in Brewster, New York in the 2025 RealTrend Verified City Rankings
