June Elaine Gebhart, a woman of profound faith and boundless love, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 22, 2026. Born on a bright summer day, June 6, 1949, June spent her 76 years cultivating a life defined by kindness, devotion, and joy. Graveside services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 North Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth. June was born June 16, 1949. June’s life was anchored by her unwavering relationship with Jesus. Her faith wasn’t just a part of her life; it was the foundation of everything she did. This spiritual melody was often echoed in her home through her love of music. Those who knew June well knew of her compassionate soul, which extended to all of God’s creatures. She was a dedicated lover of animals, often finding peace and companionship in their presence. Her gentle nature and caring heart made her a sanctuary for her pets and a friend to any animal in need. June’s greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind. She was a pillar of strength and a source of constant encouragement. Her grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life, and the memories of laughter will forever echo in the hearts of those who loved her. She is preceded in death by her father, James Wallace Jones and mother Ethel Amelia Jones her precious four legged friend, Coco. She is survived by two sons, Russell Gebhart and wife, Sally; Robert Gebhart and wife, Patricia; four grandchildren, Aaron Gebhart, Robert James Gebhart and wife, Cas, Nicole Elaine Alvarez and husband, Marco, and Vanessa Marie Gebhart; two siblings, Jean Osborne and Larry Jones; and her uncle, Billy Day and wife, Delores; and four legged companion Charlie.
