A man drove his vehicle into the side of the Chabad Lubavitch Headquarters in Brooklyn on Wednesday, according to the New York City Police Department.

The crash took place around 8:46 p.m. at 770 Eastern Parkway in the Crown Heights section of the borough.

A 2012 Honda Accord sedan was found mounted on the sidewalk at the scene, which struck the building, according to officials.

Law enforcement sources told News 4 that a person is in custody, and that the vehicle at the scene had New Jersey plates.

No injuries were reported as a result of the collision.

A police investigation remains underway.
