CHICAGO (WLS) — Two people were shot Thursday evening in the parking lot of a Chicago Police Department station on the city’s West Side.

The shooting happened around 6:12 p.m. near West Madison Street and North Waller Avenue in South Austin, CPD officials said.
A 19-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were shot by an unknown offender, police said. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in fair condition.
Police have not made any arrests.
No further information was available.
