Reality Labs, Meta’s VR division, lost $19 billion over 2025, as stated in the company’s recent earnings report.

According to the report, Meta’s VR branch posted a $19.1 billion loss in 2025, which continues the trend of the previous couple of years. In 2024, the VR division incurred a $17.7 billion loss. For the three months ending December 31, 2025, the division recorded a loss of $6 billion. In the commentary section of the report, it is said that at a segment level, the company expects expense growth to be driven by the Family of Apps, with Reality Labs operating losses remaining similar to 2025 levels.
