The Mavericks have a new set of injuries to monitor.

Guard Brandon Williams (right leg contusion) was ruled out after the first half of Saturday’s game against the Rockets. Forward P.J. Washington was later ruled out with a head contusion in the fourth quarter.

Williams went down with what appeared to be a knee injury in the first half of Saturday’s game. Williams fell to the court after Rockets guard Reed Sheppard collided with his right leg.

Williams limped off the court and was briefly evaluated on the bench before he went back to the locker room. He didn’t return to the game before the first half ended.
