Another water main break occurs in Manayunk – NBC10 Philadelphia

Crews are responding to the second water main break in two days in Philadelphia’s Manayunk neighborhood.

The break occurred on Seville Street between Terrace and Cresson streets on Monday, Feb. 2, shortly before 2 p.m. Water could be seen flowing down Seville, Cresson and Shurs Lane to Main Street. The Philadelphia Water Department responded to the scene.

Officials have not yet revealed the number of properties impacted by the break.

The incident comes a day after several water main breaks occurred in Philadelphia, including another one in Manayunk Sunday morning and one in Roxborough.
