Valentine’s Day at Dave and Buster’s?

If you thought Valentine’s Day proposals had officially run out of ways to surprise people, Dave & Buster’s would like to have a word with you.

For Valentine’s Day 2026, Dave & Buster’s is upping the ante in a big way by placing five 3-carat diamond engagement rings valued at $15,000 each inside its viral Human Crane game.

Have you ever seen this thing? It’s pretty cool.  It’s the same full-body crane that lowers players into a pit of oversized prizes, but now it comes with the ultimate high-stakes reward.

D and B’s Giving Away 5 Rings

The rings, designed by Platinum Days, will be added to the Human Crane prize pit on February 14, giving bold couples a chance to literally grab their proposal. Rides on the Human Crane start at $20 per person, making this possibly the most dramatic (and nerve-wracking) proposal attempt you’ll ever see at an arcade.

According to Dave & Buster’s, Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular proposal dates of the year, and the goal is to create a moment that feels unexpected, unforgettable, and a little bit chaotic, in the best way possible.

Two Restaurants in New York are Doing the Promotion

New York couples may want to take note. While locations are limited, the promotion is expected to take place at select stores, and sources indicate New York City and West Nyack are among the participating spots.

Even if you’re not ready to put a ring on it, Dave & Buster’s is also rolling out a $99 Date Night Duo Deal. The package includes a sit-down meal plus two 90-minute All-You-Can-Play game cards, turning date night into a full-blown arcade showdown.

Dinner, games, and a possible $15K ring dangling in mid-air.  You in?
