The 71-year-old was worlds away from her high-profile acting career, instead going make-up free and leaving her brunette locks in a straight style as she ticked off her chores.
And Knight Rider beauty Patricia McPherson, who played mechanic Bonnie Barstow in the crime-fighting show, clearly wasn’t afraid to get stuck in.
She pulled on a pair of gloves and showed no nerves as she clambered up to fix her roof.
And when the repairs were done, Patricia was seen picking up a broom top sweep up her yard.

She was clearly making the most of the dry day to get her house in shape.
Yet her low-key look was a stark contrast to her Knight Rider role.
She sported a bouncy brunette blow dry and natural make-up for her role in the drama, which ran for 90 episodes and four seasons.
The Washington native appeared in seasons one and three, alongside David’s role as Michael Knight, with the pair’s characters showcasing sizzling chemistry.
During the second instalment she was replaced by Rebecca Holden, after Patricia reportedly fell out with producers.
Yet after huge fan demand, she made her comeback.

She remained with the programme until the end of the fourth season, when the show wrapped.
In a 1986 chat with TV Guide, she told how the initial scripts for the show were re-written to add a more “human side”.
Patricia said: “The human side, it’s missing.
“The script is just bare bones, we need it to add a family feeling.”
She added: “Every day I’ve been here it’s always ‘OK this is whats written, can we do anything with it?’
“Can we make it funny?
“Can we make it like we like each other?”
Recently, we reported how David sold off his functional KITT car from the show.
He auctioned the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am – a replica of the vehicle from the 80s hit TV show – for at least £350,000.
He even pledged to drive the iconic vehicle to its new owner.
OFF SCREEN
After her Knight Rider success, Patricia retired from acting in 1991.
Instead, she dedicated her time to preserving the California Wetlands.
In particular, she focussed her attention on the Ballona Wetlands, in Los Angeles, as well as taking legal action to sue the Playa Vista community over methane gas misinformation.
