Teen Mom Leah Messer puts her sprawling West Virginia home on the market for $545k after show finally ‘canceled’

TEEN Mom star Leah Messer has listed her massive West Virginia mansion for sale amid reports that the MTV reality show is officially canceled.

She quietly put the home on real estate sites, with rumors swirling that she’s living elsewhere, though it’s unclear where she and her girls are right now.

Leah, 33, listed her 6,041 square foot home for sale for $545,000, as reported by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.

Her home appears on sites like Realtor.com.

The house boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a two-car garage, a game room, a sauna, a full basement and more.

It is located in a “great neighborhood,” is close to the airport, and more.

She lived in the house with her former fiancé Jaylan Mobley, and stayed in the house when they split in 2022.

He purchased the home without her knowledge and surprised her with it after the fact.

On the MTV reality show, fans watched as she navigated learning that Jaylen did not put her name on the deed.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Leah and her daughters Aliannah, Aleeah, and Adalynn have already moved out of the house and into another property about an hour away.

Leah got her realtor’s license in 2024 and documented some of her journey toward getting it on Teen Mom.

The move toward new employment opportunities comes amid rumors that Teen Mom is canceled.

Co-star Briana DeJesus‘ sister, Brittany, fanned the flames when she insisted the MTV show had finally come to an end in a TikTok comment.

Executive producers on the show went on to insist that’s not true, however, in June 2025.

A Teen Mom source told The U.S. Sun at the time: “It has not been canceled, everyone is still on a filming break.”

The insider alleged that while the cast is on break, they had not yet been told when filming might resume.

Another source said simply that Briana sibling’s claim was “false.”

The insider claimed that production has been waiting for the green light from MTV for a new season, adding that no official cancelation had been announced.

As previously reported, Brittany said in an emotional TikTok video: “Ifeel emotionally unstable today. Everything is making me cry.

“Everything is making me upset. People on the internet are f**king mean.”

Brittany replied to a fan’s question about her financial situation and whether her sister, who was part of the main Teen Mom cast, would step in to support her.

She said: “I ain’t broke no more because I ended up getting my money and my sister doesn’t give me money, MTV gives me money LOL.

“But the show canceled, so bye, bye to those checks LMAO.”

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter had just aired it’s second season on the show when speculation began that the end was in sight for the reality show.

Teen Mom originally debuted in 2009 as a spinoff to the hit series 16 & Pregnant.

An exclusive report from The U.S. Sun revealed that MTV executives had allegedly been aware that the show would have to end eventually.

“This has been told to the cast for years. But who knows what the network will ultimately decide,” the insider said.
