The mansion was built in 2001. The main residence has roughly 9,100 square feet of living space. It includes five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.
The property sits on 140 acres of land. It’s fitted with a backyard putting green, a horse barn, a multi-level Infinity pool as well as a hot tub.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr isn’t the first NASCAR driver to own the property. It was formerly owned by Ernie Irvan and also Joe Nemechek.

Stenhouse Jr listed the home for $16M.
He just sold the property for $12.2M on June 18th, setting a Charlotte area record. It’s the highest residential sale in the greater Charlotte area.
The prior record was $11.5 million for a home sitting on Lake Norman.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr has 452 career starts in the NASCAR Cup Series. He has collected four career wins with his most recent trip to victory lane coming in 2024.
