Authorities Friday sought the public’s help in identifying a Los Angeles General Medical Center patient who was injured when he was struck by a vehicle.

The man, believed to be about 65, has been at the hospital since Monday, according to the L.A. County Department of Health Services, which runs the medical center.

The location of the crash that injured the man was not immediately available.

The patient is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 217 pounds and has brown eyes and straight, grayish-brown hair.
