PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A motorcyclist is dead after crashing into a curb in south Phoenix on Saturday afternoon.
Just after 5 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the single-vehicle crash near 7th Avenue and Elwood Street, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
When officers arrived, they found a man, identified as 36-year-old Justin M. Jacobs, in critical condition. He died on the scene.
Detectives believe Jacobs was driving when he lost control of the bike and crashed into a curb. The investigation is ongoing.
