HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A serial road rager will now undergo a mental health exam.
Nathaniel Radimakās lawyer, Rosa Flores, filed a motion to plead not guilty by reason of insanity after the 38-year-old refused to leave his cell for a hearing Wednesday. A mental health exam was also requested for Radimak by his attorney.
A judge granted the request, and the exam results are due by Sept. 3.
Radimak was arrested in May for allegedly assaulting a mother and daughter over a parking dispute in Kakaako.
He is charged with unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of assault.
Radimak is due back in court Sept. 17.
