When the SEC Media Days kick off at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta on July 14-17, the Georgia football program will be well represented by Kirby Smart and three of his players.

Making the trip to Atlanta and speaking to the media on Tuesday, July 15 from 9:00am – 1:10pm are Junior QB Gunner Stockton, junior LB CJ Allen and senior DB Daylen Everette. After losing plenty of impactful players to the NFL, these three are expected to be the heart of this year’s team.

Fans can expect the players to be asked about filling the holes left by those that the Bulldogs lost to the transfer portal and NFL. After losing 13 players to the NFL and numerous others to the transfer portal, there are plenty of players who will look to step up to continue Georgia’s success in the SEC.

For head coach Kirby Smart, the themes at the podium will sound familiar: championship habits, player development and a relentless focus on the standards set by him and his coaching staff.

With that being said, there will be plenty of storylines Kirby Smart will be asked about while on the podium. At the top of that list is Georgia’s quarterback room. While Stockton is expected to be under center come August after starting the Sugar Bowl last year, Smart has yet to officially name a starting quarterback.,

Additionally, Kirby will face the question of NIL and recruiting as today’s day and age in college football is nothing we’ve seen before. Smart and his staff have worked hard to recruit the class of 2026 through this unprecedented time of college football, and fans can expect Smart to be asked about this on Tuesday.

Finally, Smart will be asked about the progression of certain players crucial to Georgia’s success this year, such as RB Nate Frazier and S KJ Bolden, to name a few. Both are coming off of strong freshman years as they look to continue their progression in their second year as a Bulldog.
