A Milford man is charged with murder and other crimes in connection with a fatal shooting Thursday night.
The victim was discovered inside a residence in the Windward Grove community. Milford Police said 42-year-old Joseph Greene was taken into custody Friday with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Task Force and State Police Special Operations Response Team.
The victim has been identified as 32-year Kyle Tribble of Philadelphia.
Investigators believe the suspect and Tribble argued before Greene shot him.
Green is being held on $710,000 bond. He is charged with murder, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, and two counts of endangering the welf are of a child.
