At a recent meeting of Manhattan Community Board 4’s Waterfront, Parks and Environment Committee, Whitney Talcott, a landscape architect with NYC Parks, presented a preliminary design for a $6.1 million reconstruction project aimed at modernizing aging facilities and improving the layout of the park.
