- A FIRST ALERT is in effect for the Philadelphia region from Monday, July 14, at 2 p.m. through Tuesday, July 15, at 2 a.m., due to storms bringing heavy rain, flooding and damaging winds.
- The storms will develop Tuesday afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front moving into the region.
- The storms will move slow and due to the high content of moisture in the atmosphere, heavy rain is expected.
- A FLOOD WATCH has been issued by the National Weather Service. Most of the region is at level 3/4 for excessive rain.
