Maine Forest Rangers investigate illegal trash dumping

PRENTISS TWP, Maine (WABI) – Maine Forest Rangers are asking for the public help in an illegal dumping investigation.

Rangers are investigating the illegal dumping of household trash into the Mattagodus Stream off Rt. 169 in Prentiss Township, which is just north of Springfield.

They ask if you have any information regarding the incident to call the Penobscot Regional Communications Center at 973-3700.
