The body of a 63-year-old woman and an injured man were found by police in southeast Dallas on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a call in the 7900 block of Olusta Drive at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Dallas police said in a news release.
When they arrived, they found a woman, later identified as 63-year-old Maria Manning, dead, police said. They also found an injured man, who was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating Manning’s death as a homicide.
