One of the largest developments in Phoenix is officially underway as ground was broken for the Halo Vista project in north Phoenix on Thursday.
The Mack Real Estate Group and McCourt Partners held a ceremony March 26 to commemorate the beginning of construction for the Halo Vista project, touted as a “city within a city” just north of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. plant.
