Arike Ogunbowale has surpassed a women’s basketball icon in a key statistic.
According to the Dallas Wings, Ogunbowale passed Maya Moore for 18th on the WNBA’s list of all-time 3-pointers made Wednesday night. The veteran guard hit a 3-pointer early in Dallas’ meeting with the Las Vegas Aces to bring her career total to 531.

Ogunbowale, a Notre Dame product, has a chance to keep climbing the league’s all-time 3-point leaderboard. Los Angeles Sparks guard Kelsey Plum currently sits at No. 15 on the list with 542 3-pointers made.
Ogunbowale is looking to regain rhythm after a tough outing against the Indiana Fever over the weekend. The guard went into Wednesday’s game averaging 16.0 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists.
