Multimillion dollar homes aren’t exactly news in Paradise Valley but Compass Realtors Nate Waite and David Larchez are pretty sure they’ve got something special on their hands with the Quail Run Manor.
The developer originally planned to put eight, one-acre lots on the 10 acre site located near the intersection of Lincoln Drive and Scottsdale Road.
But the plans changed and now there will be four lots ranging in size from about 2.1 acres to 2.5 acres.
