CNN was in Cape Canaveral, Florida, on Wednesday for the launch of Artemis II when they decided to ask a young boy rocking a NASA hat with a camera strapped to it a few questions — and the kid certainly delivered.

“Why do you want to be here? Why do you love space? Why do you love being a part of history?” a reporter asked the boy.

“We’re going back to the frickin’ moon, that’s why!” the kid responded with mostly enthusiasm, with a dash of, “Duh!”

NASA’s Artemis II launch from the Kennedy Space Center on Wednesday marked humanity’s first lunar voyage since the Apollo 17 mission in 1972. But it seems its crew — which consists of NASA’s Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen — experienced a pretty crappy malfunction just hours into their mission. Apparently, the toilet broke, but it was fixed, which seems like a much better outcome than the crew of Apollo 17, who had to poop in plastic bags, according to Space.com.

Now get that kid to frickin’ react to that gross tid-bit, CNN!
