Mayor Todd Gloria is bragging about completing 500 miles of street repairs. We wonder how the city determines priorities. Drive down Harbor Drive, Miramar Road, Clairemont Boulevard, Market Street, Hotel Circle and many more important thoroughfares. They are minefields of potholes.
Now drive down Rosecrans Street and look at all the newly paved low traffic side streets on the west side of the boulevard! Why? Where was the priority to pave this high-income neighborhood? Leaves us wondering!
