The resurrected Fiesta music event La Semana Alegre opened Thursday night with a bill comprised of ’80s acts A Flock of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Bow Wow Wow and Tommy Tutone along with SA favorites Girl in Coma, Joe “King” Carrasco, Mypolitis and more.
