A new workout facility is coming to Scottsdale.
Solidcore, a national strength training studio known for high-intensity, low-impact workouts, is bringing a second location to Arizona with its The Shops at Hilton Village location.
The 2,454-square-foot studio sits between Signature Barbershop and Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro. The studio’s 50-minute workout uses slow and controlled movements to break down muscles to failure to build them back up stronger.
