ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Newly released renderings provide a first look at plans for luxury offices inside Atlanta’s most recent skyscraper.
The Rockefeller Group, the developer of 1072 West Peachtree, released more than a dozen new renderings Monday of the 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown.

The developer said each office floor will have its own outdoor terrace. There will also be a giant outdoor deck, a resort-style gym and a pickleball court.
The new renderings “provide a first look at the tower’s eight contiguous floors of thoughtfully designed office spaces, unique amenities, and the experience-driven environment it will offer the area’s leading businesses,” said a spokesperson for the Rockefeller Group.
Crews broke ground on the high-rise in July 2023. It is now the fifth-tallest building in Atlanta and the tallest tower built in the city in the last 30 years.

The complex, which replaces the old post office in Midtown, will also feature luxury apartments and street-level retail.
Apartments and offices are expected to open this spring.
