Victim uncooperative after being shot outside West Side tattoo parlor

SAN ANTONIO – Police are looking for the people who shot a man on the West Side.

The shooting happened just before 1 a.m. in the parking lot of a tattoo shop off Southwest Loop 410 near Latigo Drive.

Police say the man was in the parking lot when two men in a white vehicle pulled up and started shooting, hitting the victim in the arm.

Investigators say they don’t have much information to go on, and the victim is not cooperating with them.
