LOWELL — It’s not often that a bobcat is spotted strolling through the streets of Lowell, but that’s exactly what happened recently when Robert Smith captured a 40-second video of one slinking down Columbia Road in Pawtucketville. The bobcat, aware it was being watched, darted into a yard, slipped along a fence, and vanished from view.
