San Antonio, Texas — SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office needs your assistance in locating Bishop Ochoa.
According to deputies, Ochoa failed to comply with his sex offender registration. Investigators say when deputies conducted a home check, Ochoa was no longer living at his registered address.
The Texas registry shows that Ochoa is required to provide the state with a current address and remain registered through 2043.
Court records also show Ochoa’s original charge was indecency with a child by exposure involving a 5-year-old child.
Bishop Ochoa is 29 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 200 pounds.
Anyone with information on Ochoa’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000.
