A 733,850 square-foot industrial building in Glendale has landed a new tenant, marking the largest industrial lease in the Phoenix metro so far this year.

Scotts Miracle-Gro, which manufacturers lawn and garden products, is taking over a building at 303 Crossroads, at 8700 North Sarival Avenue in Glendale.

The two-building industrial park totals 1.75 million square feet. The other building is currently occupied by sportswear brand Puma and serves as its regional distribution center.

The facility Scotts Miracle-Gro is moving into has a 40-foot clear height, 141 dock-high doors, five grade-level ramps, over 300 parking spaces and 152 trailer spaces. It’s also fully air-conditioned, and has 6,000 amps of expandable power, “making it ideal for large-scale distribution operations,” according to a statement.
