3. San Antonio Missions

4. The Children’s Ballet of San Antonio: “Don Quixote”

5. Molly Tuttle and Maggie Rose
This Americana double bill features bluegrass musician Tuttle, who reshapes tradition on songs such as “Dooley’s Farm,” a cousin of Steve Earle’s “Copperhead Road,” and the incendiary “Everything Burns,” which kicks off her latest album, “So Long Little Miss Sunshine.” Rose is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter. 8 p.m. May 8, Stable Hall, 307 Pearl Parkway
6. Tacos and Tequila Festival
The 3rd annual festival returns for an unforgettable throwback party. 8. Mother’s Day
