I’m officially the referee correspondent this evening, and this little moment was fun to watch….
As Ben Taylor was getting screamed at by OKC coach Mark Daigneault, injured Thunder guard Jalen Williams (in street clothes) politely asks if he could also have a word with Taylor. He obliges, at which point Jalen appears to have smiled and said, “How are you?”
Taylor, caught off guard, says something along the lines of, “Good. Is that it?” They both chuckle and go their separate ways.
