Lola Mae Smith, 88, was last seen leaving her home on West 4th Street, near North Davis Street, at around 7 a.m. Thursday, according to police. They were also told she has been diagnosed with dementia.
“Due to the circumstances involved, we are concerned about her well-being and safety,” the agency said Thursday night.
Smith is described as being 5’6″ and weighing around 135 pounds.
