Here are Friday’s updates from the U.S.-Iran cease-fire and Israel’s war with Hezbollah:

Israeli strikes killed 12 people in Lebanon over the past 24 hours, the Lebanese Health Ministry said, adding that Israel has killed 2,727 people since the war began in March.

Israeli strikes killed at least nine people in the Gaza Strip, including three Hamas security staff, the Gaza Health Ministry and the group said. Three others died of earlier wounds.

Three Palestinians were wounded and taken to a hospital following an Israeli settler attack in Masafer Yatta, in the southern West Bank, medics said.

Several towns and local authorities in northern Israel issued warnings to their residents ahead of expected Hezbollah retaliatory fire following Israel’s assassination of the group’s elite Radwan Force’s commander in Beirut.

Lebanon and Israel will hold a new round of talks in Washington on May 14-15 on seeking a peace deal, despite a new Israeli strike against Hezbollah, a U.S. official said.
