PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An early morning shooting in central Phoenix sent one man to a Valley hospital.
Phoenix Police responded to the reported shooting around 4 a.m. Friday near 22nd and Devonshire avenues, just north of Indian School Road.
Officers at the scene found a man who had been shot at least once. He was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, Phoenix PD said.
Detectives responded to investigate what led to the shooting, and the area was closed off for the investigation.
No suspect information was immediately available.
