JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it is searching for a woman with autism, last seen Friday around 8 a.m. on Palm Breeze Road on the Southside.
JSO said Echinajah Shamoni Powell, 29, is 5’5” and 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Echinajah was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants and a red bonnet.
