SAN MARCOS, Texas — San Marcos Fire Department’s Technical Rescue Team rescued an injured construction worker at a project site on the Texas State University campus Friday morning.
Crews accessed the patient, conducted an on-site assessment and packaged him for transport before lowering him from the work area using rope rescue gear. The worker was then taken to Ascension Seton Hays hospital.
