The IDF struck over 85 infrastructure sites belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the past 24 hours, the military announced on Saturday.

These strikes were carried out both from the air and on the ground, hitting various locations including weapon storage facilities, launchers, and structures used by Hezbollah to further their terrorist activities against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.

In the Beqaa Valley, the IDF targeted an underground site utilized by Hezbollah for the production of weapons intended to harm IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians.

Additionally, Hezbollah operatives who were involved in advancing terrorist actions against IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon were also struck.

This military response was prompted by several rockets fired toward IDF soldiers operating in southern Lebanon over the past day, with no injuries reported by the military.

The military said on Friday that two soldiers were moderately wounded, and an additional soldier was severely wounded in two separate earlier incidents involving explosive drones launched by Hezbollah.

In the first incident, an explosive drone launched by Hezbollah fell in Israeli territory, severely wounding one soldier and moderately wounding another.

In the second one, a number of drones were launched toward IDF soldiers operating in Southern Lebanon, moderately wounding one soldier.

All of the soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment, and their families have been notified.
