SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio police officer was involved in a crash on the city’s Northwest Side after responding to an officer-in-trouble call.
The crash happened around 12:51 a.m. on Sunday near Interstate 10 West and Briaridge Drive. The officer allegedly collided with another vehicle while en route to an “officer in trouble” emergency call. The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries, but no one was transported to a hospital for further treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
