As a four-time James Beard Award winner, Nancy Silverton is widely credited with redefining Italian dining in Los Angeles. A San Fernando Valley native, Silverton helms the Mozza Restaurant Group’s eight-location dining establishment – anchored by Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Hollywood. In late 2025, she expanded her footprint with two marquee ventures: Max and Helen’s, a Larchmont neighborhood diner co-created with Netflix star Phil Rosenthal, and Spacca Tutto, an Italian American steakhouse in Pacific Palisades. The latter, slated to open in August 2026, was developed in partnership with Rick Caruso and River Jetty Restaurant Group as part of a commitment to rebuild Pacific Palisade following the wildfire
