Man critically injured after being shot in the head on South Side

SAN ANTONIO – A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the head during an argument on the South Side.

This happened around 10:30 p.m. Sunday off Grosvenor Boulevard near Pleasanton Road.

Investigators say the man was arguing with another person when he was shot.

The suspect took off in a vehicle after the shooting.
