The San Antonio Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a missing man last seen earlier this week in the downtown area.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man who was last seen earlier this week in the downtown area.
According to SAPD, Vance Wilkinson Rowe was last seen Monday, May 11 in the 1000 block of South Flores Street. Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances of his disappearance.
Police describe Rowe as being about 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. He has hazel eyes, brown hair and a light complexion. Police say he has wavy, shoulder-length hair, a scar on his chin and is right-handed.
Officials also noted that Rowe has a pierced right eyebrow, both ears pierced and a nose piercing.
He was last seen wearing a silver necklace and bracelet, a denim hat, a black short-sleeve T-shirt, baggy blue jeans and black-and-white Converse shoes, according to police.
