PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Hope you are enjoying the “cooler” weather!
Some parts of the Valley saw some very light rain on Sunday, but most places remained dry. We are tracking around a 20% chance of some rain on Monday. Temperatures will remain below average for this time of the year as a result. Highs on Monday and Tuesday are expected to range from 102 to 103.
Wednesday, it’s back to 105. The heating trend will continue throughout the rest of the week but we should avoid the 110s.
For the high country, we are tracking a good chance of rain this week, with around a 30% chance on Monday and Tuesday. There is a potential for flash flooding, along with gusty winds. Then, rain chances drop to about 20% for the rest of the week. Stay dry up there!
