Here are six events happening in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area May 15-17, including professional bull riding and a music festival.

1. Main Street Fest in Grapevine
Bank of the West is hosting the 42nd annual Main Street Fest in Grapevine, offering food, shopping, a KidZone, live music, a carnival and midway rides. The festival will also honor Grapevine Mayor William Tate, who has been in office for 50 years, with a statue unveiling.
2. Outdoor movie night at The Star
The Star is hosting an outdoor screening of the movie “13 Going on 30” at Tostitos Championship Plaza. Drinks and snacks will be available, but guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets.
3. PBR World Finals
Professional Bull Riders is hosting a championship event featuring the Unleash The Beast series to crown the world champion bull rider. The event will feature the top 45 bull riders competing against some of the toughest bulls in the sport.
4. Denton Historic Bar Tour
The Downtown Denton Foundation is hosting the Denton Historic Bar Tour that features five locations, specialty craft cocktails, food from local restaurants, guided tours and prizes.
5. Bubbles and Brunch Bites Wine Walk
Lone Star Winery is hosting the Bubbles and Brunch Bites Wine Walk in downtown McKinney. The event will feature opportunities to visit boutique shops, sample wine tastings and enjoy brunch bites and chocolate.
6. Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival
The Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival is an annual three-day celebration of music and art in Richardson. Attendees can enjoy performances and competitions, including a battle of the bands, children’s activities, an art guitar auction and more.
