The American Golf Foundation Volunteer Ambassadors of the Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course are hosting a Charity Golf Challenge benefiting Veterans Village of San Diego on Sunday, June 7, with a start time of 8 a.m.
This is a unique event geared for the causal golfer to enjoy this picturesque executive golf course. It will feature contests on 16 holes including “Closest to the Pin” prizes from local restaurants: Colosseo Cucina Italina, Crust Pizzeria, Lana and Las Olas.
There will be numerous “Hole in One” prizes ranging from $750 in goods to $2,500 cash with Pala Band of Mission Indians sponsoring the cash prize on Hole 1. The day will culminate with a bonus Hole in One Shoot Out for four lucky golfers to have a chance at winning $50,000 cash, a news release stated.
