Surveillance video shows the moment a roofline in north Phoenix started to tremble before suddenly crashing down outside two businesses late Thursday morning. Roof tiles and wooden beams scattered across the sidewalk, damaging two cars but fortunately leaving no one hurt. Now, nearby business owners are describing the loud boom and the shocking aftermath.
