A lawsuit against an Alabama football player, stemming from a 2024 football game in Norman, is thrown out.

Cleveland County Judge Thad Balkman threw out a lawsuit Thursday against Alabama football player Dre Kirkpatrick Jr., who was sued by then-Perry resident Holden Moxley for an incident that happened during the Nov. 23, 2024, Oklahoma-Alabama football game.
